FYI on a just filed development on Clarkson between Bedford and Flatbush. It’s the latest example of what Richard Bearak described during Tuesday’s committee meeting: developers taking advantage of what the current zoning allows them to do. This lot has had small buildings for decades. However, it’s zoned R7-1 which allows Brookland Capital to build as described in the article for the currently ripe market.
