PUBLIC SESSION:

1. Public Hearing on application submitted by Mr. Samuel Kahn, Supervisor, HASC Center Inc., on the organization’s interest and intent to establish an Individual Residential Alternative (IRA) residence for six (6) mentally retarded and developmentally disabled individuals at 580 East New York Avenue, Brooklyn within Community District 9, under the auspices of the New York State Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities.

2. Ms. Geneva Musgrave, Anti-Stigma Program Supervisor, CAMBA, and the Anti-Stigma Squad, will do a presentation on HIV-related stigma with the hope of diffusing the stigma that is attached to HIV.

3. Hall Greenberg, Director of Human Resources, MTA Bridges and Tunnels will speak about job opportunities at the agency, and how to apply and take needed civil service exams. Mr. Greenberg will also do a Power Point presentation on the Bronx-Whitestone and the Verrazano-Narrows Bridges.
