1. Representatives from the following agencies will present the plans for Project HWK-130A - Reconstruction of Select Bus Service (SBS) features at Nostrand Avenue and Rogers Avenue - Phase 2, in Brooklyn:
a) New York City Transit Authority

c) Department of Environmental Protection
2. Representatives from the Speakers' Bureau of the NYC Districting Commission will make a presentation about the districting process; the just released Preliminary Draft City Council District Maps; how the public can participate and have its voice heard on redistricting.
3. Public Hearing on Community Board 9's FY 2014 Capital and Expense Budget Requests.
